The Talent Sourcer will work closely with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement candidate pipelines for a wide variety of open requisitions across the company. Identify, contact and build effective relationships with passive job seekers.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, build and deliver talent pipelines through a variety of standard and creative methods. Market the company and build interest with job candidates leading to active interest.

Educate and share employee value proposition and additional collateral material

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization

Source, screen and deliver qualified and interested job candidates. May schedule interviews, as needed

Track metrics to analyze and improve candidate pipelines

Optimize sourcing and recruitment processes

Become a subject matter expert in one or more assigned business groups

Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation

Regularly track and report pipeline activity

Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong experience and skills utilizing and leveraging Greenhouse Applicant Tracking or other ATS systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Result-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in an independent and visible position in a fast and dynamic working environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

3+ years job candidate sourcing experience in an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or staff agency environment

Experience sourcing candidates in the life sciences industry

Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques

AIRS, CPSP, LinkedIn Certified Professional and SocialTalent certifications highly desirable.

Experience screening resumes to match qualifications

Experience engaging and activating passive candidates

Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
