The Quality Assurance Manager would need to have at least 5 years of experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance (QA) department in the development and execution of software test plans to ensure that IT projects are rolled out with high quality and efficiency.

You will lead the team in growing their skills and elevating the testing maturity of the IT organization as a whole. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, QA Strategy development, testing tools enhancements, QA Metrics tracking, Agile execution, test coverage analysis, test automation, performance testing and DevOps integration.

Job Qualifications: Education & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity, including task assignment and resource planning in conjunction with management.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, especially Waterfall & Agile.
  • Experience using and developing test cases in Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with change control processes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for Test Management.
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools.
