Key responsibilities

  1. Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for activity and reseller ‘graduation’
  2. Create engagement with resellers using a mix of telephone/email/PRM channels (depending on the needs of the program) to identify the most efficient and successful journey for resellers
  3. Develop an understanding of organizational structure in target organizations through research, profiling and questioning techniques
  4. Gathering, applying and reporting on reseller and market intelligence
  5. Chairing weekly client progress reviews by phone (face to face on occasion)
  6. Management of account base and ownership of data to maximize engagement with resellers
  7. Liaising with the client (in conjunction with Client Services) to understand and implement the program brief
  8. Daily reporting of progress against targets including time spent vs budget

Skills & Experience Required

  1. Experience of evangelizing complex solutions (product or service) face to face or by telephone
  2. Experience of liaising successfully to Chief level within prospect organizations and via multiple channels
  3. Evidence of working to and exceeding targets and objectives
  4. Experience of consultative sales – building rapport, defining needs, applying gathered intelligence and managing the journey of the reseller through the program stages
  5. Experience of working as part of a high performing team
  6. Experience of working to tight deadlines/juggling multiple reseller journeys
  7. Can handle Lior
