Requirement

We are looking to hire an experienced and energetic Business Operations Specialist. We are looking for a passionate, motivated team player, with a can-do attitude. The candidate must have great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests with little to no guidance and without having to know the total picture. The candidate needs to be able to be comfortable with working “out in front” of the team as well as behind the scenes. You will also develop a deep knowledge of the broad business group and act as a cross-group information resource.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Close cooperation and partnership with the Project Owners, Business Ops Managers, Business Admins, Finance, Legal and LT members on projects
  • Business process excellence: recognize opportunities to implement standardize processes and systems to solve business problems, consistently applying process improvement methodologies
  • Partner with Finance and other key stakeholders ensure proper documentation is included for all Contracts and POs
  • Oversee timely process completion of Contract Execution, MyOrder/PO Processing, Onboarding Resources/ECA, New Supplier Setups

Qualifications

  • 4+ years related work experience in business support, strategic sourcing, supplier management, finance, business development or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, financial systems, policies, and functions
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships and accommodate diverse working styles
  • Ability to adapt to daily challenges and rapid changes
  • High level of effective interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Ability to organize and lead the admin community
  • Analytical thinking and keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products and internal systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Pivot tables, Windows, HeadTrax, MyOrder, MSInvoice is highly recommended
